Labelling refers to any written or graphic communications on the packaging or on a separate but associated label
- Labels
A label is any kind of tag attached with adhesive to something so as to identify the object or its contents. Labels come in many forms and can be differentiated by the type of base material, called stock, that they are printed on, and by the adhesive type that they use. The most common type is made with a paper stock and a colloquial term for it is a sticker
- Lamination / Encapsulation
We laminate or encapsulate on request to ensure a stronger more durable product. This refers to sandwiching or covering something between layers of plastic and sealing them with heat and/or pressure. This is usually done using a thin film coating which is applied to the paper or board to give a more glossy or matt appearance - Laser Printing
A laser printer is a common type of computer printer that rapidly produces high quality text and graphics on plain paper. We have the ability to produce high quality in-house digital printing of posters, leaflets and other items in small quantities
- Leaflets
A leaflet is an unbound booklet (that is, without a hard cover or binding). It may consist of a single sheet of paper that is printed on both sides and folded in half, in thirds, or in fourths
- Linux
Linux refers to any Unix-like computer operating system that uses the Linux kernel. Initially developed and used primarily by individual enthusiasts on personal computers, Linux has since gained the support of corporations such as IBM, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard, and has risen to prominence as an operating system for servers
- Lithographic Printing
A printing process based on the principle of the natural aversion of water to grease. The areas to be printed receive and transfer ink to the paper, the non-printing areas are treated with water to repel the ink
